I’m honestly quite surprised that I haven’t had a text from my supervisor at work yet asking my to come in early. Wednesday every week is the day that my boss has off, and we’re mega short staffed at the moment because we’re on a hiring ban (how ridiculous when we can’t really manage without more staff!?). We have two members of staff off sick, and one on holiday this week as well, so we literally have one staff member on the tills. Can’t believe they’re still fine with me going in for a four hour shift at 1pm, although I don’t think we have any money to do differently. Wahhh.
